However, we do offer a warranty (see next section).

Refill Warranty

We provide a limited review replacement warranty for services marked as “covered” on our website.

Warranty terms:

• Replacement is issued one time per review
• Must be claimed within the stated warranty window (usually 30 days)
• Proof may be required

Warranty does not apply if:

• You change your business profile settings
• You delete your listing

• Your account gets restricted for unrelated reasons

Refund Policy

Full Refunds

You will receive a 100% refund if we cannot initiate your order for any internal reason.

No Refunds

Once an order has entered the processing queue, refunds cannot be issued.

Service Exchange

If you accidentally selected the wrong service or package, email us immediately.
